Introduction to a variety of film and television genres, and to the various roles in the production of a film or television program. Students will create a short documentary and script, and a short narrative video. Workshops allow students to gain basic technical competencies with the equipment used in film and television production such as cameras, lights, nonlinear editing equipment and microphones. -- Course Website
